Edgar Arandia Quiroga An artist who describes, through his paintings, urban scenes, characters and problems that we encounter every day in the city of La Paz.
He lets us look at the world of the inhabitants of the Alto, the madmen strolling in the streets, the rock singers or the neighborhoods caught by the night, sometimes from the side of the rigorous spectator, sometimes as a character belonging to this strange world. Edgar Arandia is also a writer, author of two books of poems, and also writes on national politics and art in local newspapers and magazines.
